A Data-Backed System Tested Over 200+ Days
In 2020, I ran a personal experiment to test if consistency could exist without perfection.
I moved away from "all-or-nothing" tracking and built a system focused on cumulative evidence.
The results shifted my understanding of habit formation.
  1. The 200-Day Dataset: I tracked seven core habits—including Yoga, Meditation, and German study—logging every win and every "zero" day.
  1. Evidence of Growth: My data showed that while daily performance fluctuated, my Habit Wealth (cumulative progress) never stopped growing. For example, my Yoga "wealth" grew from a single 10-minute session to over 500 points of accumulated effort.
  1. The Women-Only Pilot: In 2022, I shared this data-driven framework with a cohort of driven women with busy lives. They achieved a 100% completion rate because the system rewarded their progress instead of punishing their interruptions.
